Cancellation Notice
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time. This will help us offer the slot to other clients and avoid unnecessary delays.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be charged to cover the time reserved for you.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee may be charged, and future appointments may require prepayment or a deposit.
Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your original appointment are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Refunds
If you cancel with adequate notice, you will receive a full refund (if prepayment was made). Cancellations made within the late notice window or after the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergencies), we may waive certain cancellation or rescheduling fees at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
