Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

・A non-refundable deposit of RM50 is required to secure your session date and time.
・The remaining balance is payable on or before the session day.
・Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

2. Rescheduling
・You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
・Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.
・In case of illness (child or parent), please notify us as soon as possible — we will try to accommodate a new date subject to availability.

3. Cancellations
・Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.
・If you cancel without rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Late Arrivals
・Sessions will start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time.
・If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, your session may be considered cancelled.

5. Photo Delivery
・Edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 1 week after your session.
・Unedited/raw files are not provided.
・Extra edited photos can be purchased at RM20/each
・Complete session gallery available for purchase at RM100.

6. Usage Rights
・Photos are for personal use only.
・With your permission, selected images may be used for the photographer’s portfolio, website, and social media.
